Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Styles
vinyasa flow focuses on linking the body and mind together through movement and breath. You can expect faster flows, smoother transitions. All levels are welcome. Modifications allow practitioners the opportunity to increase or decrease the difficulty based on where they are that day.
Find more challenge through your movement. Power Flow will connect breath to movement to flow through a series of vinyasa movements. Slowly building heat to reach peek poses including balance and strength and challenging posture options.
Perfection is not required, and beginners are welcome and encouraged. Accessible options for more challenging poses are offered.
You are always encouraged to move at your own pace. Every teacher offers his/her own style and flare to each class.
Rise & Shine
Start your morning off with a flow. Your mind, body and soul will thank you!
We connect breath and movement to awaken your body and mind to greet the day.
You can expect to flow through sun salutations, warrior sequences, balance postures and more. Modifications to increase or decrease intensity will be offered making all levels of yogi welcome and encouraged.
Saturday Morning Flow
Weekend activation through mindful movement and breathwork. Process your week, find stretch and community with an approachable vinyasa yoga flow. This flow will leave you feeling strong and energized, ready to take on your weekend.

Gentle/Slow Styles
Class offerings for those wanting the mind/body connection without the speed and intensity a Vinyasa can be.
Hatha
Classically gentler and slower paced compared to a Vinayasa style class. Encouraging yogis to find self-awareness, balance, and harmony with themselves. Gentle flowing movements guided by the breath.

Beginner Yoga
Yoga is for EVERY BODY.
Class curated for the beginner Yogi. Slowing down the practice to focus on form, alignment, and breathing. Excellent for those brand new to yoga or still working to find comfort in each pose and transition between poses. An emphasis on foundational poses, simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
All levels welcome. Each instructor offers their own variety
Restorative Candlelight
Restorative Yoga is slow paced, identified by holding postures that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. More advanced practitioners may stay in one posture for five minutes or more.
Restore offers a yin style class lit only by candlelight. Expect to hold relaxing, feel-good postures for an extended period of time. Restorative and relaxing while working into that deep fascia tissue.
