Stressed? Trouble sleeping or concentrating on tasks?
Or maybe you've been feeling a bit down, or discovering new aches/pains in your body.
Now don't let this next word scare you - (yoga) might be able to help you.
You do not need to be flexible to try yoga.
You do not need to be fit to try yoga.
You do not need to have any particular spiritual beliefs to try yoga.
You do not need to be able to "shut off your thoughts" to try yoga or meditation.
These are common barriers keeping people from trying yoga. It’s really no wonder why. If you look at images depicting yoga (especially on social media or tv), they can be intimidating.
Maybe you’re one who thinks you aren’t flexible in your body, but what about in your mind? Are you open to trying something new? Maybe even *gasp* (yoga).
Don’t take my word for it alone, see for yourself. Oh, also, I can’t do a handstand. And I’m okay with that.
In this 4 class series, you'll learn the basics of yoga including safe alignment, breathing techniques, philosophy, & meditation. Jessica Johnson is a Yoga for Scoliosis Certified Trainer & specializes in adaptations that personalize poses for every individual. After taking this 4 week series, you'll be able to attend any group yoga class with confidence.
4 Mondays March 10-31, 5:30-6:30pm
$60 for all 4 weeks or $20 for 1 week drop in
Sometimes the unknown is the scariest in life. I know it's scary to walk into a yoga studio for the first time, been there. But as someone who took a deep breath, and walked through those doors for the first time and was greeted in the most welcoming way by instructor and fellow students. I promise, if you bravely walk through our door, we will do our best to help you feel welcome.
We would truly love to meet you. Here's you're invitation friend.
Power Dance Yoga
NEW CLASS!
Join Erin for this NEW class Tuesdays 6-7pm!
This class will get our feet moving and our bodies dancing! Through music and fun we will encourage somatic release, build strength and work up a good sweat. By combining traditional yoga postures and easy to follow dance sequences, we will flow through an energetic practice together to move out old energy and bring joy to our mats!

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we guide thoughtful and reflective yoga, to promote both physical and mental well-being.
