Ecstatic Chants: Mantra Music

Merging raw and edgy with sublime and transcendent, G&G's soul-stirring, nectar-filled, high energy mantra music will open, inspire and transform you! This participatory experience features mantra chants in Sanskirt and English with kirtan-style call and response to vibrate these healing sounds within and collectively. Mantras are ancient, sacred vibrational tools that hold the highest bliss and intelligence... chanting them realigns and recalibrates our being, while grounding and emanating goodness, beauty, and love here on planet earth. Join us for community, upliftment, and devotion, offering our prayers and highest wishes for ourselves and humanity. You are welcome to lay back and bathe in the vibrations, or to sing and dance with us!
Healing Vibrations: A Sound Healing Experience

Come join us for a soothing, no movement, sound healing session where we will let the magic of sound wash over us. Using crystal singing bowls we will create a space to unwind, release stress, and connect with our inner selves. No prior experience is needed- just bring your open heart and let's heal together in a down-to-earth, nurturing space.
Somatics Workshop

Join Erin for this 90 minute Somatics Workshop.
In this workshop, we will learn about how somatic movements, like yoga, help us regulate our nervous systems and increase resilience through practice.
We will define Somatics and learn orienting and resourcing techniques to soothe the nervous system. We will explore awareness within our bodies and how to ground into more calm states of being.
The workshop will include handouts, an intro discussion and a gentle practice together.

Family Yoga in the Park

Join Sarah in the sunshine for yoga at Tyler Field! Located directly behind Eleven Eleven Yoga studio.
(in the case of rain other other weather, this class will be moved to the studio)
Bring the whole family for a fun and uplifting family yoga class! We will practice breathing exercises, learn yoga poses together, play some games and then we’ll all get cozy for relaxation time. People of all ages are welcome to join in the fun!
Feel free to bring a mat or there will be some available.
3 Day Kids Summer Yoga Camp
Monday-Wednesday
July 7-9th
9am-12pm
Join Ms. Sarah for three hours of movement, mindfulness, and fun! Kids will stretch and play through yoga, explore breathing exercises, get creative with crafts, enjoy tasty snacks, and unwind with relaxation time. Games, laughter, and community make this the perfect summer adventure!
Yoga mats are available, or bring your own. Just bring a water bottle, and we’ll take care of the rest!
