Erin Swystun

Instructor: Beginner Yoga, Saturday Morning Flow

Hello, my name is Erin.

I believe in the unity and powerful healing that yoga gives us access to.

Why I practice:

To expand my awareness and self-acceptance.

To increase my capacity to utilize breath energy.

To continue to grow into my expansiveness.

To increase my ability for self-healing and to embody loving kindness.

I teach because I love to share the practice in community.

I received my yoga teacher certification through Western Yoga College in 2014. I have been teaching group and private sessions on and off the mat since.

I am certified and/or experienced in teaching adaptive yoga, aerial, trauma-informed movement, conscious breath work, yin, kundalini, restorative, paddle board yoga, seated and moving meditations as well as mindful movement practices. I am currently enrolled to become a Certified Integrated Somatic Practitioner through the Integrative Wellness Academy.

Yoga offers us an opportunity to practice together wherever we are on our life journeys and yogic paths. Please reach out to the studio if you would like to book an individual session or family class. I am available for private events and deeper yoga-study mentorships.

Come play yoga with me:)

I look forward to meeting you on your mat!

Satnam,

Erin
